The rarest of all releases, the Fall Apart ep was limited to 50 copies and given away at the CD release for the From Blood and Water album. It features 4 songs from the original Fall Away release reworked and rerecorded, as well as a previously unreleased Fall Away era track, Allanalore. Fall Apart has no cover artwork; it was a CD only with print on disc in an envelop style sleeve. A google search will turn up cover art that a fan made, but it is not official nor endorsed by the band.

*The released disc contained an audio error in the track Disdain
at about 6 seconds in. This was an error in the final rendering of the audio file that was missed before the discs went to print. A week after the release, a 320kbs version without the error was uploaded to in tenebris dot com and made available for a number of weeks. As the original track masters seem to have been lost, this 320kbs mp3 is the only known copy of the error free track available.
